Never Forget
New York City is very close to my heart. I recall the day the towers were hit, worried for my friends out in New York an that they wouldn't be affected. Watching the bravery of the NYPD and FDNY as they headed towards the scene as everyone else ran for safety. The memorial is a wonderful memory to those who lost their lives and to those heroes who battled to save all the innocent victims of such a terrible day.
Recently it was announced that I had placed as a runner up for the 6pm hourly time slot in the Urban Photographer of the Year awards 2019 sponsored by CBRE. This was the first time I'd entered such a competition and was overwhelmed that I'd got accepted for a prize out of over 100,000 entries from around the globe.
